This list is taken verbatim from logs recorded by help desk personnel 1995-1997. All callers had been given a Macintosh computer and software (see article describing hardware, software, and connections). Not all help desk calls were logged, as some callers required a home visit to describe their problem. Descriptions in the log book (e.g., could not connect) do not necessarily reflect the primary technical difficulty. For instance, "could not connect" might reflect a user's not connecting the external modem to the computer. Please see the Help at Home article for more detail.
